Parasound A23

Been awhile since I have posted. After trying and returning 1 avr and 2 sets of speakers LCR I have settled into a new system that I am really enjoying.

While the Aventage 1060 paired with the Signature 60s and 35 sounded really good I still had a bit of an itch. I recently purchased a Parasound A23 from a fellow Polkie and all I have to say is wow what a difference.

I know many of you said that a separate amp was the way to go and I am believer. This little amp packs a punch and makes the signatures sing at low and high volumes. I couldn't be happier. ..uh well at least for now :)

Glad you found some happiness. I'm giving you 3 months before you start asking yourself "hmmmm, what can tweak next to take it to the next level?"....

The A23 is a fantastic amp. I made the same leap from an AVR to the A23 not too long ago myself. Haven't looked back since.

  • I have a complete Parasound setup. A23, P3, T3, D3... synergy is great. Use balanced interconnects and really good speaker cables and you’ll have a great system. The the itch for upgrade sets in (A21 or McCormack) then better preamp
