LCi-RTS105 In wall speaker problem

Hey all,
I have some Lci RTS105 in wall speakers and One of them sounds amazing. the other sounds like its under water. It seems to be all low end and no high end. Don't know a ton about speakers but could this be a bad tweeter? maybe a bad cross over? any help would be awesome.

are You able to switch the speaker cables from the bad one to the good one at the receiver or amp? This will isolate it to the speaker if the good ones still sounds good being feed by the other speaker cable
It sounds like a tweeter is blown. Where you playing them loud to the point of distortion?
