Outdoor speaker connection boxes

My exterior speakers get connected in spring and stay connected until the end of the year. I need to come up with a more protective way to do this. Was planning to get a pair of weatherproof 1 gang receptacle boxes, 2 sets of binding posts and put something together. But, are there pre-assembled units available for about the same $$?
