    Purple is Kimber.

The ones that have cellophane are my AQ Wels.

The shunyatas are in their pristine packaging.

These have built in ground loop isolation.

    Child-safety covers built in, too!

I just wonder whether the folks who made that cable had to license that dazzling white color from a big company located in Cupertino, CA?

But no ground for the "loop isolation"? ;)

I think that the photo he posted illustrates the tunable inductance configuration.

    ... but enough tomfoolery. :)

The more I experience Shunyata the more I like them. Curious to see how these compare.

I have to look into that

For future reference, Id buy 20 amp components next time you buy.
The sheer contact surface of the 20A IEC vs 15A inputs is worth the money IMHO.
You can have custom PC's made with 15A male, 20A female, but that can get dicey keeping everything straight.

The boulder 2060 has a 30 amp female. I need to send it in for a custom AQ hurricane power cord when the time comes and I have the extra money to do it.

Joey, what type of PCs did you get? Shunyata has what they call CCI filters in each type that filter out the noise created by the power supply. This noise gets propagated back into the other components, which negatively affects overall sound. Depending on what it is attached to, there is an analog, digital, and HC (high current) model. I have the Sigma analog on my pre, the digital on my Lumin, and an HC on each amp.

They work especially well with the Shunyata power conditioners to reduce/eliminate noise from the wall, and noise from the gear.

Round 4 of testing happens tonight.

I’ve been sick the past few days so I’ve been out of commish.

One thing I can tell for sure is the shunyatas have more bass.

If you get a chance, listen to the Sigma ICs and speaker cables. I completed the loom last week, and my initial impression is WOW. The soundstage just expanded out to me, and I was able to see into the music. I have heard that description before, but this was the first time I truly experienced it. I need more time listening this weekend and then do a review.

Hitup your local legal weed shop in San Jose and you'll be blown away at how wide the soundstage gets.

Possibly, but I give these new Sigma cables the most credit. Truly an advance in cable technology.
