None of Lights on my Magnifi Mini are working

My soundbar constantly displays a red flashing LED and nothing else. The sub appears to be linked and I can control volume etc but all I’m getting in terms of lights is the red flashing one. Initial set up it worked fine for around an hour and all the lights functioned.
Have tried hard reset, as well as re-adding the device to google home all to no avail.
