Magnifi mini bass rumble voices

Hi all,

I hope you Can help.
The magnifi mini we bought has a rumble in the bass speaker.
Is this a known issue?
How Can infix this?
Or should interrumperen the speaker?
Please help!

    it's a known issue. Not sure if it's possible to fix with a firmware update. It's almost like the bass signal is too low, but the subwoofer still tries to boost it out, which just turns into this annoying "rumble" as if the bass unit is not getting enough power to deliver a "smooth" bass sound.

    It's really annoying!... But seems like the Polk-people are not really interested in commenting on this issue! I guess they consider it a feature...

    More likely, the Polk people (us) don't comment because we have no experience with it. Typically you'll find that the more active and experienced members here have dedicated rigs, not sound bars. So instead of spewing at the mouth with opines and hypothesis, we keep quiet and let the experts chime in.

    An email to Polk CS is the first place to start, followed by a call during their normal business hours (EST). If all else fails, we can connect Ken to help facilitate.
