Just purchased at Best Buy. I cannot get it to respond to my tv remote (Sony xbr 800). Or my tv remote (wow). What can I do? It's a deal breaker as it's in an office and we cannot have separate remotes for sound and tv

The S1 is the only soundbar Polk makes that doesn't have a learn function.
