The 16 x 24 shop is done, now I'm insulating, sheathing, and building the storage loft (24 x 4):

Now I need to build a workbench, and 2 - 72"hx48"wx24"d storage shelves.

PS: The pool just needs plaster and fill! I'll post pics when it's filled. This coming Tuesday is plaster/fill day.

    If my back yard had room on the flat area, I'd seriously consider building one of those. Looks great Steve, can't wait to see the pool.
    So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

    Great looking shed! When I built my workbench I bought a granite look Formica countertop at Menard's. It works really well and easy to clean.

    Down in Sierra Vista. The shop cost with options (windows, 50amp ckt, all outlets ran + a 20amp dedicated outlet, and lighting) was $16k. I spent about $600 on insulation, and the loft lumber/hardware was maybe $300. Sheathing is 9/32" and probably will end up being about $250 to do the interior walls.

    Dang, I am gonna have to bare bones mine and hopefully live long enough to finish it. And dang AZ is big, you couldn't be further away from me unless you were in MX lol.
