Looks like an interesting unit. Kind of like cross between a carver sonic hologram generator and a BBE expander? Or combined? Not much talk on this unit yet. Anyone get their ears on one?

    Might sound kinda funky with your dsp. Kinda like using SDA's with those carver sonic hologram generators.

    I actually like the kef rig so far.. heck its been almost a year!! Beleive it or not, i am not interested in it for me but i did find it interesting in general.

    I got an email from underwood advertising a sale on it and looked it up. Jolida usually makes some good stuff.

    Do you use those BBE things in your pro setup Brian ? I once thought of trying one out but couldn't get past the blasphemy of it. lol

    I have never used one in my pro rig. Actually this is the place I should need DSP but, I don't! Everything is run almost flat except the top end I have down a hair off the 0 mark to take the edge off. I don't even have a DBX unit running.

    I do remember the home BBE unit, a lot of people liked. I tried one out when I had the carver amazing and while it didn't sound bad, I didn't care for it.

    The Jolida thing appears to be somewhat of a blown up tube buffer. Might be a good addition to a SS rig. Don't forget too, that's another set of IC's to add to the cost also.
