Hello. Its been a a while that I have posted anything. I came across a set of near mint S6 for $15 and R20 for $10 in the original box and and packaging and was wondering if anybody knew their value?

Those S6's are great speakers. The R20's aren't to shabby either. B)

You did VERY well paying what you did ! ;)

As long as they operate as they should.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

I have their big brothers the S8's I think.

I had a friend that sold his S6's ( I believe they were ) for 150.00 a couple of years ago.

    WARNING !!!!!

The grill cloth is what comes off the front.!!!!!
The inner grill will come out easy enough with care taken .

DO NOT TRY TO PULL THE PLASTIC FRONT FRAME OFF..

Almost every pr. I've come across, have the plastic frames broken on them. It was a weird design IMHO.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Most who own them, keep them. You don't see too many for sale around here... ever. Their sound-field is huge. I loved my friends speakers but couldn't and really wasn't going to pay what he wanted. He paid full price for them when they were new. So he had a lot into them and he too loved their sound. But he was moving and downsizing to almost bare minimum necessities.

Do you recall the condition of your friend's S6? Yes, I did notice that the grill is a funky design, but thanks for the info.
