Cook Book storage

Hey guys,
Where does your wife store her cook books? My wife use to keep them in the kitchen cabinet on a shelf but she decided that the shelf idea needed to go and she took a few of my magazine holders and put them on top of our cabinets.
I want to replace that with something nice but I'm having a hard time finding cool ideas.
The back of the Kitchen cabinet door lower with maybe something you an slip your cook books into would be cool. Just looking for some cool ideas

Thanks
Dan

Nothing cool here -- top shelf in the pantry. Filled to overflowing :(
Some on a shelf over the microwave in the kitchen proper... a little more aesthetic, but a little hard to reach.

Geeze, right in the feels haha

We have a book shelf in a sunroom off the kitchen. They’re all in there. A few molecular biology textbooks ended up there as well.

All my cook books are printed on the back of the boxes of what I'm eating......

I DO however have Toasted Peanut Butter and Jelly (and a few variations of it) down pat as well as spaghetti noodles and burgers & brats

I have a lot of cookbooks that I never use. I just use my tablet for recipes. I should get rid of all of my books except one "To Serve Man" you can't get that one online.

Yup. It was in our kitchen all through the 60's and the 70's. I bet my 85-year-old mother still has it tucked away just out of sight somewhere. :p

We have so many cookbooks, accumulated over 40 years of being serious, amateur cooks, that they are all over the house. We have built in shelving in three rooms, and it seems that about 10% of the shelf space holds cookbooks. I don't know what to tell you.

Good luck, and if you find a great solution, please post it here with pictures!

PS: If you decide to reduce your stash to one essential cook book, I would vote for "The Joy of Cooking."

Agreed, that book has great recipes for organ meats. Nothing like a big bowl of sweetbreads!
