What fool would pay $450 for mismatched 1C's. Heck, it took me months to get $300 for my properly matched pair in far better shape.

Welcome to Virginia. Seriously. This kind of crap is, unfortunately, not uncommon around here.
Northern Virginia residents seem to have a bit better of a market; more sensible.
This would be more comical if it weren't so sad how serious these people are about the value of their garbage, and the consistency at which it's peddled.
One of these on its side on a plywood bridge between mains would make for a great center and tv stand, though.I disabled signatures. -

Neither is in particularly good shape, especially for that amount of coin. The "standard" is just the studio with trim and wrap-around grill glued on.
