After about 9 months of use the wireless sub has developed an anoying RATTLE. It is louder than the other sounds. Attempts to call Polk have gone unanswered. I hope I can get some help here

    Sorry you have not been able to get a hold of us. I can help you with this. It sounds like the subwoofer needs to be replaced. Please Private Message me with your address, telephone number, serial number of the subwoofer, then when and where you purchased it. I'll be able to get a new one to you.
