Brand New hardcover in dustjacket (dj), 1st Edition, 1st Printing, signed by Elvis Costello on a special publisher's tipped-in page at the front of the book. It also has the publisher's "Signed Copy" sticker to the front dj panel. Illustrated with b/w photographs. 674pp. $70 + $5 media mail shipping.
