Hz settings?

I have a Yamaha RX A2050 receiver and poke audio TL-3 black stone speakers-5 of them, onkyo add on atmos speakers -4 of them, dsw pro 550'sub, and (LG) oled E6 tv. Trying to figure out the best hz settings for all speakers. I used the YPAO auto set up for HZ settings but I'm not convinced it's ideal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The TL3 frequency response 115-28,000 Hz

    This really isn't ideal for front HT speakers. So you're limited to the xover setting at approx. 120Hz
