    I got some Grouper form a local Cajun Restaurant called "Red beans & rice" and it was special ;) severed on a bed of rice with a sauce on top!

    I Use to make Red Snapper baked with a Dill mix that was so good, but I can't find the mix anymore :(

    Now your talkin' my language.....Grouper baby. Grouper, Branzino, Sole, Sea bass, what's not to love. Though I wouldn't pass on a good Snapper myself too.
