Polk Audio monitor 11t questions

I have a pair of the Polk Audio 11ts. I'm not sure what year they are but I was wondering how you could replace or repair the speakers. One tower works fine but the other tower is a lot quieter and produces almost no bass. Is there anywhere you can get new speakers for this or maybe repair parts?

do you have air leaks in the cabinet? all the surrounds on the drivers intact or do they have any holes in them? going to need more information than what you have provided. What gear are you using amp, receiver things like this.

Do all the mid-woofer cones move? They are known to have magnets shift and lock the cone if they are bounced around.

For sure check all that. Also, check and see if a connector has not come loose on one of the drivers. .

The speakers are connected to a kenwood kr-A5060 and the drivers all move while music is being played, I'm not sure how to get all the individual drivers out to look at them.

Very simple, remove the 4 screws per driver.
