Can music streamers and Network receivers get infected with computer virus and malware?

Compromise is possible with anything Internet connected. I wouldn't think likely at all, though. Depends on the type and platform the streamer is running, and which services you're accessing. It would be more an intrusion concern than compromise from malware or virus, and intrusion would probably take some doing. These guys are after information and ransoms these days, though - computers and mobile devices mostly. Using your streamer against you would probably be something the government would do. If you started selling secrets again.
