Magnifi one - mix issue

I have a new magnifi one sound bar. It sounds great except in certain situations. The sound cuts out sometimes. In one example, I have been binge watching 30 Rock. The channels sound off; the mix isn't right in the opening theme music. Also in some episodes (example: one where cast was singing Midnight Train to Georgia), the music is fine but the some vocals are inaudible or very low). This is driving me nuts - help! I have an older Polk sound bar with none of these issues. Thanks so much!
