Video streamer with RCA video output

My step kid wants to have Netflix in her room. Her tv is an old Sanyo flat tube that does not have hdmi. I need a device that she can stream Netflix and maybe amazon prime that has a composite RCA OUT. It seems most of the blu ray and dvd players now do not have this or they don't have built in wifi in order to stream this stuff.
