Surroundbar 5000 issue

I have a surroundbar 5000 for a secondary tv. Having an issue with it where it seems to have lost connection with the sub. The lights constantly blink on both the bar and the sub. I've tried following the troubleshooting steps in the manual to resynch but at this point cant get the bar and the sub to synch anymore and am getting no audio from the unit. Thoughts?

    I would recommend giving Polk's CS a call at 1-800-377-7655, be sure and have the serial number and date and place of purchase handy when you do.

    Polk CS is awesome as always! They determined there was a problem with the unit, took the serial number and are shipping me a new unit.
