The guy waited until 2010 to sue so who knows.

Supposedly jimmy and another member of the yardbirds heard this and inserted it in the birds live shows but did not record it.

I'm surprised that Led Zeppelin didn't attempt to pinch Hound Dog from Elvis and claim it as their own composition ! LOL ! Their pilferage is well documented.

Yes sir. Zep were the kings of that! Still loved their twist on the old blues stuff, and to this day love me some Bonham! In fact..Getting the Led out tonight with the best tribute in the nation...3 blks from my house. Up close and personal...of course..Get The Led Out!!

those guys sound awesome for a cover band, how was the show?

The Band sounded excellent. They go for delivering the sound not the look, Singer was on fire!! Took 6 guys to deliver the sound on stage, and the sound was dead on!
