New audio Polk system

I have a Yamaha 242 Limited S 2012 and I just bought new speakers (6xMM651UM in boat),
(4xMM651UM tower speakers comes with a 4-channel amplifier PA D4000.4) and (2xMM1040UM subwoofers), I would like to know which amplifier to use with those speakers. I'm not looking for a cheap thing, only looking for a perfect match!!!

    So there are 10 speakers total and two subwoofers? You already have one amp and want to know what else to use? Is this right?
    Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    Yeah I'm a little confused too. How many speakers and how many subs are we talking about?
