Trust me Vinny, I get ill thinking about it too.

It was the smart thing to do, but it still hurts to see it go. After I got all my gear out tonight, the dude came over and jumped in and drove it off to the detail lot to be cleaned up and sold. I swear if Id sat there much longer watching it drive off, I wouldve teared up.

I regret getting rid of my last truck... especially when I hit the on-ramps to the highway. Nothing growls like a 360 that's been worked-up.

At least mine was busted up tho -- your's wasn't even broken!

Yeah but it did have almost 90,000 miles on it and was 5 years old. With my crappy credit, all the loans I was getting were in the high teens and Id be paying over $400 a month for 3-4 years so it would have 150,000 miles on it and Id just be paying it off!! On top of that, I was scared of that tranny blowing. That would be another $3000-4000 Id have to cough up. Top that off with the 15 mpg I was getting and I just couldnt justify keeping it no matter how much I wanted to.

Now Ive got a great car thats brand spankin' new with a full warranty, a 9% interest loan and a payment not much more than I wouldve been paying for the Ram but when you consider the 34 mpg and a $75 monthly gas bill as opposed to a $200+ gas bill, it made even more sense. ;)
