Onkyo little amp with polk audio bookshelf speakers for sale.

Well since I now have no real use for my little amp and my wife screaming for room I have to sell this little gem, it has subwoofer out and it is rated for 50 watts with subwoofer preamp out and 2 bookshelf speakers are included with the blue 5 inch woofers that resemble the cs245i center . The amp is in mint condition and the speakers are in good condition with wood veneer finish and one of the speakers have a little scratch on the bottom that can't be seen unless you look for it they play plenty loud and sound great. I am asking $125.00 plus shipping or best offer. AMP IS SOLD SPEAKERS STILL AVAILABLE. SOLD!

    The amp is sold all that is left is the speakers $65.00 for the pair and they sound real sweet ,they are the model with the blue woofers model #RT-105 5 inch woofers like the cs245I.

    The RT-105 was made especially for that onkyo mini-system. They have a 5 1/4" blue woofer (like the rt15i and rt25i) and a 3/4" silk dome tweeter (which I think the r10 and rt15i both had). They are about the size and shape of an rt15i except they do not have the power port on the back, just a single rear port. I have one of them that I picked up on ebay a couple of years ago.

    That is probably a pretty apt comparison...the polks have a bigger cabinet and might dig a little deeper. I remember liking those little ARs but don't really remember their characteristics that well. And again I only have 1 of the rt-105s which I used as a center, so I haven't really given them a good listen.

    Woodyjacobs, the ARs are pretty laid back and neutral, but not thin. I like them better than the Polk R15 that I purchased but returned.

    They do dig deeper than the R-15s for sure that I can asssure you but since I am using R-20s as mains I don't really need them ,and thats why I am selling them and also the wife is giving me a hard time. Lou

    You may want to hang on to them until everyone quits selling the R15 for $50 a pair - I think that's whats killing you, I can walk in to Fryz and buy a brand new pair of R15 for $49.99. When that deal ends, you may have an easier time selling these...
