I just ordered replacement tweeters for my SDA 2A's from Polk [RD0194-1's] and would like to know if there is anything I should know about removing the old ones and installing the new ones because I wouldn't want to mess anything up. Thanks!

    Easy.

    Black/Blue +
    White/ Green -

The RD-0194 will have one red terminal, obviously that is your positive.

Have fun, it's a much better tweeter.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Only things I can think of is when you're removing and reinstalling the screws, be careful with the wood. Stripping one or more of the holes could cause some headaches. Also, keep track of which wire comes off which post on the tweeter, so that you know which is + and which is - :)
    Ludicrous gibs!

Thanks for the advice. I ordered the new tweeters based on what I read about them here. I hope they smooth out the highs a little.
