The grilles on the 1.2's don't look like they are made of wood.

On my 2As, 2Bs, and SRSs they're made from a dense, but very light weight, resinous pressed material - almost has the appearance of fiberglass.

....I figured not wood, some type of plastic/fiberglass combo.
Well I got mine a little wet, with a little too good of cleaning job.
The fabric looks great, but the frame has warped a little on both of them.

I may have to re-wet them and put them under some framing and weight to un-warp them.
    Anyone else suffer from
    over zealous cleaning syndrome ?(stupidity)

    Suggestions? (besides therapy)

It seems to me that just the back side (facing the drivers) has the resinous coating, the actual frame appears to be pressed fiberboard. That kind of material expands like crazy when it gets wet, I'd be very careful about getting them too wet again, but the press 'till dry is a good idea.

Further research reveals they are made from recycled Bose cabinets.
