...from a rear projection TV to avoid having them distort the TV?

Looks like my RT3000's will be out of commission in the H.T. for a spell,
so I thought I might hook up the 1C's and give them a whirl.

-Thanks,

It shouldn't matter on an RPTV as much as it does on a tube TV. Shielding has little effect on the inner workings of what is basically a projector in a box.

What are the signs of interference?

I have my SRS right up against my CRT RPTV, but have not noticed anything...

If it were there, you'd notice it...

Purple, green distortions along the edge where the speaker is at... Darkening of the screen, etc..

....but the worst effect is when Sid's head pops up on your screen. There's no hope after that! :D
