SRT Controller - Looking for a fair price to pay

Hello,

There is someone locally with an SRT controller for sale, and I see a lot of interest for it on these forums. Of course getting it off of her hands doesn't seem to be a cheap task as she has turned down all of my offers. I was hoping to acquire it for one of the kind folk in need. What is a reasonable price to pay for one? They don't pop up for sale very often and I can't find much to use as reference to give her a fair offer, and I don't want to overpay and then be stuck with a box I can't use.

Thanks!

So she has the controller, but not the system to go with? It's worthless to her and about 99.9999999% of the rest of the world. Through a Benny at her and see if she bites.

You would think, right? This lady has no idea what is going on... she won't let this controller go for 100. She seems to think its an amplifier of some sort? I personally don't need it and am not willing to put more than that into it just to sit on it if nobody needs it... I thought 100 was a reasonable offer as well. Thanks for the advice!

So I take it you don't have an SRT system right? Then why do you need it? To flip it for a nice profit? If the gal won't jump on your hook, well then too bad. Move on to the next score.
  • They're difficult to find and people ask for them here from time to time and are usually told, "Yeah, good luck." I was just trying to do someone in the community a favor if I could. I'm maxed out, though, and will not pursue this further if it isn't of any help.

You could show her there isn't much in there...not mine, belongs to friend with SRT system, not for sale.
