Mytek Brooklyn DAC+ vs. NAD M12

I think I’ve narrowed my chocies on DAC between the Mytek Brooklyn DAC+ & the NAD M12. Does anyone have any thoughts on/between these two?
I’ve already got an M22. Having a matched set would definitely satisfy my aesthetic OCD. However I’d much prefer funtion over form. I like that the Brooklyn has the 384khz potential, but I’m not convinced I’d ever use it. I also appreciate the modular design of the M12. Being able to add an internal BluOS card and eventually adding other functionality later on could be a big bonus.
The Mytek is $2195 and I found the M12 for $2449 refurbished.

I have the DAC+ and it is worth it... Very pure and easy to use with features out the wazzMy New Year's resolution is 3840 × 2160
