    Why in the heck do you need a power cord and a 12v input? AND WHY IS THE 12V INPUT BANANA PLUGS!?!
    This seems like a disaster waiting to happen, kinda like a monoprice tube amp or something.

    Spend any time in an engineering lab you'll see that just about every power supply that converts from AC to 12vDC will use banana plugs for connection. It's pretty standard.

    Understand... these are mainly for loose leads with alligator clips or loose wires on the other end. We've got tons of them hanging all over. It's a different environment and not one most people are familiar with. We're all learning every day.
