Hi Guys,
Due to my recent upgrade, I have 2 Outlaw M200 monoblocks for sale. They push 200 watts 8ohms and 300 watts at 4 ohms. These amps are very musical and run very cool even stacked and ran for hours. Great match for LSi's. I puchased them new this past January and have the original boxes and manual. They are in mint condition with about 40 hours use. They are only being sold because I got an amazing deal on a Krell 2 channel amp. I am still keeping my other 3 M200's for center and rears.
I'll take $400.00 for the set plus shipping.
Best Regards,
Jeremy

    Go Henry GO.

Those mono's were designed by a fella with GAS (Great American Sound) and SAE history.

    Cheers,

Isn't someone going to snag these fine amps? Does anyone think they would improve on the 3803/RT800i combo?

Maybe just the monoblocks for the 2 channel stuff and the 3803 runs the rest? Or does that sound incongruous? What about SACD and DVD-A. Mismatch?

Not trying to horn it at all. Just didn't see any hits on the thread or updates from seller or potential buyer and would hate to see these go on ebay or audiogon.

I don't really need them, but was considering a last ditch Club Polk "mercy buy" to prevent them from from going public. That is a great price for some killer monoblocks and if Russman gives them the thumbs up, that's enough for me or anyone else.

    Hi Guys,
So far they are still available. I always post any items I have for sale on the Polk forum first. I have been a member since 98, even though my profile says 2001. I feel that this forum really shines over any other audio forum I have been to. A real family of enthusiasts here. HomeTheaterTalk.com is the only other audio forum I can recommend.

My Outlaw M200's are great amps. Only my recent unpassible deal on my Krell pair leads me to selling these 2 monoblocks. I still have 3 more M200's in my system. I do not own any Polk LSi's but figure since they are 4 ohm, 300 watts will push them really nice. I have also seen very favorable results from LSi owners using these and other Outlaw amps.
    Best Regards,
    Jeremy

If you don't buy them Henry, I will. They need to stay in the Club Polk family. Don't want to see them go to ebay or audiogone.

Henry and I chatted privately and neither of us want to see the amps go public.

He's got other plans for his $$, so I'll work with Jeremy and try to bag 'em for the 800's using the 3803 as a pre/pro.

Three monoblocks would be ideal for the front stage, leaving the 3803 only to run the side surround and rear surrounds.

    You've got PM, Jeremy.

He only has 2 for sale, you going to buy a third for the front? let me know what you think if you get them. I've been waiting for someone to beat me to the punch with using the 3803 for a pre-pro and have been looking at the Outlaws. When I get the Denon to shut down for jamming the sound I think an amp might be in order (just not ready yet).
So much for your tax return:D :D .

I know he only has two for sale. I'll buy a third eventually if they perform well on the 800's with the 3803 as a pre/pro. Gotta start somewhere I guess.

    Ed,

I think you will like what you hear. I have the 2802 as opposed to the 3803, but when I added more power to my mains, I really liked what I heard. Plus, more gear is always cool to look at too!

    Enjoy,
    Steve

More power is never a bad thing, is it? ;)

Thanks, Steve. We're working it out as I type this, and we'll see what happens.

    Bump update.

On the advice of respected members, I scored these amps, plus one more for the center channel.

They are small and stackable (up to three high), run very cool, and have an auto-trigger, so hook-up and calibration should be a snap.

I'll let you know how the front stage sounds running three Outlaw mono-blocks.

I think Jeremy will be shipping them out on Monday, so I'd better order some interconnects from Frank at SC!

    Doc and others,
I was looking at either those or the single 200x7 they offer, is there any diff. or benifits to using the singles besides the "you can replace just the one if something should happen to it"? The draw back I see is that you will need more outlets for the singles. Would the 200x7 give the same performance as the singles and run as cool?

    Thanks

    Dave

    Dave,
Replying based upon general knowledge only...

Seven mono's would have more HCC due to the individual power supplies. How much of a factor that would be depends on how you configure your HT, e.g., speakers large vs. small.

I'd imagine that the 7 ch would run a bit warmer, but not seriously so.
    More later,
    Tour...

Triple M200 Outlaw amp purchase went smoothly with venomclan.

I paid via PayPal, he shipped promptly in original containers via UPS and insured. He provided tracking number and stayed in touch to make sure everything went OK.

Packages arrived safely/undamaged at work yesterday, and the amps look and function perfect.

Another successful Club Polk transaction! (thumbs up)

Will post impressions in the Electronics forum.
