Polk Soundbars

Hello all, I am looking for some info and recommendations on the polk soundbars and subs.
I am looking for a soundbar and sub and my budget is approximately $400-$700. I will be wall-mounting the soundbar and unfortunately it will have to go ABOVE my TV.
A friend of mine bought the magniFI MAX, and while I like the sound, the wall-mount bracket doesn't look very nice when seen from below and I didn't like the aesthetic of that bar mounted above his TV at all. I am looking for something a little more rectangular and flat on the front.
Here's what I'm wondering:
- are the Polk Surroundbar 6500BT and 9500BT older models? Are they discontinued? I see that they both say "out of stock".
- I will be using the system 70% for music (via bluetooth) and 30% for tv/movies, will there be much difference between any of these soundbars?
