Polkies,

Selling my Musical Fidelity M1DAC. I got this from my father about a year ago and has been on my 2 channel system ever since, my father used it in his very high dollar Krell based rig. Its in great shape, I'd give it an 8/10. I do have the original power cord but no manual or original box. I will box it up well for transport.

I'd like to net 300 on the sale, so 300 local in DC/Baltimore/Annapolis area, or 300+shipping elsewhere (paypal F+F please)

    Well here it is! It is a very nice sounding unit, but with the very nice dac included in the SA8005, it doesn't make sense to keep this when the dacs are about on par with each other

    @gudnoyez This is the newer version of the M1 Dac (MAY 2012 build date) which is natively asynchronous, ie no V-Link adapter required

    Zach my Musical Fidelity M1DAC showed up today, it's a beaut, and very well packaged. I won't hook it up until all my Wireworld stuff shows up, I'm hoping tommorw or Saturday. I found 2 power cords I forgot I had a Signal, and another nicely made one I got from someone on the forum. Great experience buying from you and The folks at Wireworld. Thanks again.

    Got the Musical Fidelety Dac hooked up. I won't receive my Wireworld Speaker Cables, and Ic's until tomorrow. I could not wait using 12 gauge wire 6 foot runs a Audioquest G Snake IC's a Audioquest Forest USB I forgot I had. I busted out my old Technics SUV 909 Integrated pretty beefy amp it drives all my SDA's without breaking a sweat.

    What can I say this Musical Fidelity Dac is impressive much more detail and the wow factor and little things that sound much better than listening to Computer Audio through the Dac in my Oppo 105D. I cant wait to hook up all my Solstice 7 stuff up to this rig tommorw. I got 3 laptops and a PC running XP and a couple of laptops running Windows 7 full of music I well be up pretty late listening to tunes B)

    Listening to Allison Krauss + Union Station live with the 2B studios and enjoying every minute, oh yeah for a plug and play Dac, eliminating the need for downloading drivers is also a big plus. I'm happy well back to the tunes I will report back tommorw, after I swap cables might change the Amp and Pre, but the way this old Integrated is sounding with this DAC it might just be in use again for a while. Thanks
