Pre with HT bypass just looking

I have a Parasound P5 , jack of all trades master of one. Really great Pre and the extras are nice but not great. Is there a Pre out there that does the bypass and about nothing else for a about three fiddy or so? Of fiddy, a grand or two? Any Marantz trend do or can I Oppo 103D as a Pre???

    Pass X1 does it, and if you wanna try tubes, get a Rogue Audio Perseus. I had the Rogue and it was really well made, and currently use the Pass.
