Recently purchased and still figuring out how to use it. The sound bar will not always work when we turn the TV on. The light is in however there is no sound. We have unplugged it and plugged it back in which seems to work sometimes but more often than not it doesn’t. What are we doing wrong?

Is it hooked up via optical or HDMI? Are you using ARC? What brand/model TV?2-channel: Modwright KWI-200 Integrated, Dynaudio C1-II Signatures

HDMI. Not sure on ARC. The installers took the manual with them so still figuring it out. New LG TV.

You can probably find the manual online, but they shouldn’t have taken it with them.
