For sale is a package deal of RT3000p and CS1000p for local pickup only in St. Louis, MO. I am the second owner of these speakers and have had them for 5 years. They are in overall in good condition with a few notable imperfections. The sub amps and drivers all work and the sub amp plates were serviced by Alpha Tech electronics in St. Louis in 2014. Notable imperfections include:
1. The top back corner on one of the sub cabinets was damaged when I was carrying these heavy beasts through a doorway.
2. One of the RT3000p has several very small dimples in the tweeter that are in a symetrical pattern. Not sure how this happened but I never noticed it to sound any different. You can of course listen to these before buying and decide for yourself. I tried to capture this in the photos below.
3. The power LED on one of the subs is significantly dimmer than the others, but it does work (you can see that it's on when the room is dark).
I decided to go a different direction with my basement speakers and these are no longer being used. If I had somewhere else to use them I would but it just doesn't make sense to hold on to them forever.
This is a local pickup only sale. And as of now I am not interested in separating the speakers. $500.

WOW!!!!
I'D love to have one of those center channels. -
I have one and the RT3000P's. I don't think I'll ever sell mine. You can see it under my 50" TV in my club pic in the left corner. It's been there FOR YEARS!
I drove 180 miles one way to buy my center from another member on here. That was a great day. I got to here some Beautiful systems! He helped me carry that center down the stairs. It's that BIG. An older guy needs HELP carrying it! I LOVE mine. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

Thanks for the kind words! And you are right, the stars must align and it doesn't necessarily happen immediately. -
Yes great price

Nice deal. Just a tip, hit that damaged corner with a black Sharpie. Won't be perfect but will be a lot less noticeable.

They're EASY to power to. Each has it's own power amp and volume control on their fronts.
Man do I love mine!
One more for the road. That is a 50" TV in the pic.

When an explosion happened on screen, the air blast came from the screen! LOL.
My pants legs used to flap from some explosions' sound waves. That's true too.
I used to love to demo the Lord of the Rings first movie's first 10 minutes. When Sauron's ring finger gets cut off and that finger hits the ground, I'd start to smile.
And jaws would drop and eyes would get bigger.
These RT3000P's and the CS1000p are awesome front HT speakers! And for this price, it seems like a great bargain. Even if repair or tweeter upgrades have to be made.

NICE!
So you definitely EXPERIENCE movies like a lot of us do as well.
I also use 2-12" big Klipsch subs in my system. They used to be one on each side of that couch in my avatar. I swear I felt that couch move on occasions.
That movie "9" the animated one also has a scene in about the first 10 min. that rocks the foundation because of this systems' bass capabilities. I LOVE it!Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
