The Samsung's (KU7000, MU7100 series units) seem to be ok with 480i, at least fed via YouTube etc. I try to watch nothing but 1080P TV feed as there isn't 4K around here....yet. That said movies in 4K are awesome and both are utilized as PC monitors. Funny thing is you know when you've hit a 4K stream on YouTube...holy hannah does it look extremely nice.

You should see what my 240P Super Nintendo looks like upscaled to 4K using composite video. Hint: not great.
    | Front - Dynaudio Emit M20 | Center - N/A | Rear - Polk Monitor 4 | Sub - N/A |
    | AVR - Yamaha Aventage RX-A1020 | Preamp - Dared MC-7P | Amp - B&K Reference 4420 |
    | Turntable - Yamaha PX-3 | Cartridge - Dynavector DV-20X2H | Digital Source - AURALiC Aries Mini |
    | TV - LG 60" 4K | Gaming - Xbox One - PS3 - New 3DS XL - Nvidia Shield TV |

This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality
Embrace this moment, remember, we are eternal

I got a job. NOT looking forward to it like I do when I get other stuff. Might give it back in a week or two.

Got a rock into the windshield today out flogging my wife's car. Doubt I'll be getting anything from her for a while.
