    You might want to try to increase the signal going to the soundbar from your TV, this is done by turning up the volume on the TV (turning off the internal speakers of course via the menus of said TV). Then turning the volume on the soundbar down a bit. It seems some Polk soundbars require a bit more signal to prevent them from going to sleep so to speak.
