I just booked "Axpona" for the first time. Do you think a single space show rental is enough for a line source speaker system or should I also book rooms upstairs? How is the security service there usually?

1st---you have to make at least 1 major show, ie RMAF or Axpona
2nd---There should be several showing accessories like risers at the show

    Just GO :)

The past shows had 7-8 floors and they had security on every floor as soon as you get off the elevators. The show this years is at a diffeent location, but I would expect much of the same and it seems they have even more venders.

As far as floors, many of the larger companies and shops have several rooms on different floors. The major shops like http://quintessenceaudio.com/ usually will rent an entire floor and showcase several $60K-$300K systems!

Just a crazy good time seeing so much stuff that maybe you can or can't afford, listening to music that mabe you have or haven't heard before, and meeting old friends and/or new people.

Well, AXPONA is out for me this year. Granddaughter is having a big cheer competition in Orlando, so, I'm making a vacation out of it for her...and me. Turning a 2 day show into an 8 day stay on the beach. Hopefully next year it'll work out.
