Troubleshooting?

My new signa S1 won't change out of optic fibre mode. It also won't turn off. The only buttons that work are volume.
Tried unplugging it to reset and no luck.
Any ideas?

    Hello,
    It would be best to contact Polk CS on Monday at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and have the serial number available. They'll get you squared away.
