Polk Woodbourne - stopped working since January 5, 2017 (e-mailed/called)

Hi Polk team,

I'm still waiting for a response since January 5th 2017. I sent an e-mail to the customer service e-mail (polkcs@polkaudio.com) and tried calling the customer service line (800)377-7655 with no luck (connects to nothing).

Technically I have an outstanding ticket with Michael Masucci case # 00127983 but I've never seen a single response (besides the automated one).

My order # is 14674

Can someone help me? The woodbourne fails to power on, and when it does power on it surges (orange stand-by then stops). I've tried different outlets as well, with no luck.
