Magnificent mini subwoofer not connect

Hi
Please help!!!! My subwoofer sudnly stop working, I'm following all the instructions to fix it
Press on source button and Bluetooth for 3 second and then on sync button on sub but nothing fix it.
It's worked perfect for 3 month and stopped work.
The sound bar work fine.
Any suggestions? Please help I buy it from Amazon and the local Polk not accept the assurance.
