Psw110 popping sound

I have had 2 of the psw110 for about 3-4 years now one of them is popping all the time only time it doesn't is when it's unplugged but it still works and the other one sounds like it's rattling but it is still working also is there anything I can do to fix them any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you

    Welcome to Polk's forum. There are really only two parts that can go bad, either the bass amplifier or the 10" woofer. From your description the one that is popping all the time sounds like an amplifier issue. The one that is rattling could be either part. One approach is to swap the woofers between the two units and see if the rattling follows the woofer. In either case the place to contact is Polk's CS at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and try and locate the sales receipts for potential warranty purposes.
