Is that -- direct drive?
In seriousness (well -- of a sort) -- I was gonna post a photo of a battery powered Sawzall, but I thought y'all'd make fun of me
I love my Milwaukee "Red Lithium" M18 cordless drill. It is unstoppable.
(it's not weird to love a power tool, is it?)

^^or a Fleshlight.2 channel: Anthem 225 Integrated amp; Parasound Ztuner; TechnicsTT SL1350; Vincent PHO-8 phono pre; Marantz CD6005 spinner; Polk SDA2BTL's; LAT International speaker cables, ZU Mission IC's and power cables all into a PS Audio Dectet Power center.
Other; M10 series II, M7C's, Hafler XL600 amp, RB-980BX, Parasound HCA-1500 amp , P5 preamp, all in storage. All vintage Polk have had crossover rebuilds and tweeter upgrades.
The best way to predict the future is to invent it.
It is imperative that we recognize that an opinion is not a fact.

Our son-in-law has one of the M28 impact tools. As he himself would put it, it is epic.
Great tools.
Not weird at all, I own 5 Milwaukee Fuel line M18 brushless power tools. One of which is a little itty bitty 3/8s impact that with impact sockets...can remove wheels from cars! They are powerful, long lasting and flat out get the work done. I wouldn't use anything else.
