    Never heard of that place before. Pricey, more than a grand for the full blown treatment to my GFA-555. Wonder how they compare to Big Sky, which is significantly cheaper?

    This guy is in Madison Wisconsin about a 160 miles north of where I'm at, I have spoke with him about refurbing an Adcom of mine its a heavy amp and I feel more comfortable dropping it of myself than sending it via the goons at UPS to Big Sky. This place was recommended to me by a guy that sells used gear here in town apparently he does good work. I plan on making the trip one of these days.

    No but I went to grad school with a guy whose last name was Hoppe. His wife was a school teacher. She drove a VW Rabbit (remember when the Golf was called "Rabbit" in the US? If so, you're probably as old as I!). Her students thought that the concept of "Mrs. Hoppe's Rabbit" was very funny.
