I've heard a couple of the versions of the Orion, have a friend that has the LX-521, and have experience with the Linkwitz Transform circuit and it's sonic result.
Linkwitz is the deal! He knows his stuff. And he was very pleasant and nice gentleman to visit with at a show too!
And I could add that I'm a huge fan of the Open Baffle concept in general, though I lean towards a little simpler implementation than his efforts. But them I'm not a smart as what he threw away last week either...

Well, the first thing I've learned is that I didn't even have the name right -- "Linkwitz," not "Lindquist."
Siegfried Linkwitz is very well known and a notable player in the history of stereo sound and speaker systems.
I don't know which is worse: BEING ignorant or REVEALING my ignorance.
