Magnifi One randomly increase volume level by itself

I have a Polk Magnifi One that is connected via optical to a Samsung TV. At random, the soundbar volume level increases on its own. This happens when watching from both my Minix android box and my Bell digital cable receiver. I also use a Harmony 650 remote. So the issue is either with the soundbar or the Harmony. Anyone else experience this issue?

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. It might have to do with the programming instructions learned by the soundbar. As a test, place the bar in the standby mode, the LED will be amber colored. Then touch the "learn" button for a couple of seconds, the LED will blink. This will remove any learned instructions with just the supplied remote controlling the bar. See if the changing volume remains a problem.

    This is the reset info I teceived on the ohine with Polk support. It didnt work after several attempts.

    Press Source and volume button for 16 seconds
    Press hold volume plus and minus together for 16 seconds
    Unplug sound bar for 16 sec
    Turn back on
    Wait observe to see if same
    Do reset after hour or 2
    Try again
    If after reset it still faults it Can be faulty sound bar.
