    As an Ontarian and Hab fan my favourite Leafs moment was the collapse in game 7 against the Bruins in 2013.That was a classic.
    I dislike Ovechkin but not as much as the Leafs.

    I remember playing hockey on the frozen lakes of Northern Minnesota everyone did, I have a Nephew that plays hockey for the Bozeman Icedogs. The North Stars left for Dallas, so now I root for the Wild go Wild lots of good games to watch.

    I remember those days too... winter pick-up games with Phil Housley, along with summer league programs with Herb Brooks and Lou Nanne... I stopped watching the game when my North Stars moved to Dallas, but have started watching again recently.

    One of the most memorable moments in hockey being a Bruins fan. That game was a roller coaster of emotions. 2 goals in the final minute with an empty net and then the W in OT. I'll never forget the Toronto fans faces when they panned back to the gathering in downtown Toronto. Suicide was in the air that night... :D

    If they start doing the "Dump the Puck at the Blue Line" routine, I'm fully prepared with my well know (around here), "This ain't the gosh darn Ice Capades !". :o


    Charter Spectrum and Fox Sports Midwest are having a little tiff over royalty fees or some such stuff. Thank goodness for the interwebs.

    I remember watching original 6 hockey on WOR TV on a 19" B&W tv. It didn't matter if you had a color tv because they were broadcast in B&W.

    Well, the Blues managed to squeak one by the Wild last night. 2-1.
    The Wild definitely played a better game, but Jake Allen is hot.
    Supposedly the Wild only had 23 shots of goal ?! My sons and I question that because it sure seemed they had a lot more than that.
    As they say, sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
