I have a couple of Polk RT800i speakers and recently connected them to my tv via my stereo receiver. I would like suggestions on speaker recommendations to create a home theater system with the polk speakers I already have.

The CS400 or CS400i center channel is what I use with my RT800i front speakers. Great center if you can find one. Other options from that line are the CS245 and the CS350. They all match well with the RT800's.

For surround or rear speakers try the RT25's or RT35's if you can find them.

All of this advice is exactly what I was thinking.

I have two of the CS400/400i center channels that I use in vintage Polk-based HT systems and am extremely happy with their performance. The RT25/25i and RT35/35i are excellent suggestions for rear/surround speakers, however, it's not really important that these speakers voice match the fronts/center channels. Just about any quality, smallish speakers will work nicely in these positions.
